Buy A Home Sell Your Home
What You Say

We are such firm believers in this process

ComFree has certainly changed our perception
of what a home buying experience can be.

In the summer we began searching for a house to buy. After contacting two different agents in Beausejour, without receiving a call back from either agent, we began to pursue houses listed through ComFree. Our impression of realtors at this point was not very favorable and were happy that it was not our home that they were ignoring to sell.

We visited some ComFree homes and were so satisfied with the owners willingness to spend the time we needed in their homes and answering the questions we had. This was definitely a different but unique way of house shopping, which we both came to appreciate.

We finally found our dream home in the tiny village of Hadashville and after viewing it two times, and having all our questions answered over a cup of coffee, we made an offer that was quickly accepted. The entire process, from the first visit through the lawyer visits was a pleasant experience. We were for once in control of the whole process and were not influenced by an agent trying to close the deal as quickly as possible.

The entire ComFree experience was one that neither of us had experienced before. We are such firm believers in this process that all our friends have had to listen to our story and I am sure we have made some ComFree converts. Our house in Winnipeg will be sold in the next two years and we would not for one minute consider listing it with an agent. I can\'t imagine how any of them could convince us that they are more qualified to sell our home and I know none of them would devote the time and attention to details that we would.

ComFree has certainly changed our perception of what a home buying experience can be and to all those realtors that are either too busy to return a call or too lazy, all I can say to them is watch out.
