A moment to say Thank You

Dear Pat,
I just wanted to take a moment to say "Thank You" so very much to you and your staff. I just sold my home yesterday after only being on the market for 5 weeks. We actually received our first bid within the first week of sale. When we experienced some difficulty and the purchase eventually fell through we began to second guess our decision to sell our home ourselves. With so many agents calling and filling our heads with a lack of confidence and convincing us we were unable to sell our home I actually made the mistake of considering signing with an agent. I called Comfree and cancelled our listing. After a good nights sleep and some contemplation we quickly realized we had made a big mistake. I immediately called your office and explained the situation and you were willing to reinstate our listing at no additional cost. I can't tell you how much I appreciated your patience and understanding and your willingness to go well above and beyond the call of duty. Your customer service is outstanding and you made the very stressful task of selling a home as painless as possible.
