Their condo just established a new high selling price for their Waverley Heights building and they saved more than $5,000 in needless real estate commission. So, yes, Daniel and Susan Poitra couldn’t be more pleased they chose to list with ComFree.

The Poitras say presentation is important and they invested some money in flooring and making sure the place was neutrally decorated and had new appliances.
Besides ensuring décor was up to scratch, Susan also made sure there were fresh flowers. "Several people told me they loved the colours I’d chosen for the rooms and the flowers just added an extra touch," she says. "We also got rid of any clutter and followed ComFree’s advice to first show visitors around and explain things, then leave them on their own to wander around and check things themselves."
The advice worked like a charm and the experience was pleasant. Since they had a wood-burning fireplace they also ensured a nice log was crackling away when their home hunters arrived.
