Buy A Home Sell Your Home
What You Say

We saved $9,000

My wife and I were contemplating a move into a condominium because we are both in our late 60s and felt it had become time to sell our home.

We decided paying an agent 6% or so to sell our home was somewhat excessive, it would behoove us to take a look at ComFree. I knew of a few people who sold this way. In fact, my daughter-in-law purchased a house from a ComFree seller.

We decided that whatever inconvenience we would experience in our lives, it would not be too much more than the realty way and whatever it was, we would be well paid for the inconvenience. Besides, who could sell our house better than we could?

My friend, who sold his condo and his beach-front cottage, advised us to go the Gold plan route. It would cost a little more, he said, but the assistance we’d receive would more than be compensated by the savings in the commission and the good advice that we’d receive.

So we made the move and called ComFree. Within a couple of days, a very friendly, knowledgeable young man, Rob McTavish, showed up. He went over some of the details and a couple of days later, he came back with the brochures, the street signs and all kinds of tips and pointers. We were off and running.

This was on Tuesday. We had very few bites until Friday, but when the magazine came out our telephone began to ring.

By the middle of the following week we had received several offers and decided on the one we wanted.

We would have had the deal finalized by Friday, but it took until Monday to get the paperwork done.

I'd definitely recommend ComFree. We couldn’t have asked for a more enlightening and positive experience. Thanks again, ComFree, it was a pleasure doing business with you!
